We will rearrange your rooms and use as many of your current furniture pieces and accessories as possible. We will address flooring, walls, colors, lighting, furniture selection, artwork and accessory placement. Where needed, rooms will be lightened and brightened. New items will be incorporated to finish your interior, giving it a warm and inviting look. All redesign projects will require a consultation.

Move-in Services

If you have just moved into your property, we can help you set up in no time. We will place your furniture, hang your artwork and position your accessories to create a functioning, welcoming space.

Home Staging Services

Staging Vacant or New Property

We can transform an empty space from cold and barren to warm and inviting. By using our furnishings, artwork, rugs and accessories, we will add warmth, style and color to the property. With correct placement of furniture and accessories, potential buyers are able to visualize and envision themselves in the living space, thus creating a desire to move in. A consultation is necessary prior to setting a date for staging.

Staging Occupied Home

Transformed Interiors will get your house ready for your showing, focussing on the home's best features. Walking through your home, we will make a room by room assessment and come up with suggestions for improvement. We will detail what needs to be cleaned, repaired or removed from the home prior to listing. In addition, we will take photos of every room in the home.

Consultation

First, we take a complete tour of the exterior and interior of your property and conduct an assessment. A 56 page Room Ready Handbook (RRHB) is provided with a complete room by room evaluation including curb appeal to ensure the property is prepared for sale. Our goal is to help you pay attention to even the smallest detail and to assist you in securing maximum equity for your property in the least amount of time.

The second step of the staging process, is to implement all or some of the top recommendations necessary to help maximize the appeal and the selling price of your property while minimizing the selling time.

The third step is showcasing. This step is the most crucial part of the entire staging process. Showcasing is strategically positioning furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories to show off the best features of every room in the house. It creates interest for a large range of potential buyers while still pinpointing the most likely buyer for the area. More positive showings will generate a quicker sale. We want to ensure that the property is photo-ready for merchandising in print and virtual tour. Consultations generally take 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the home.
